To say the last two months have been interesting would be a vast understatement, but one thing that has kept me excited about the future is the beginning of Summer of Core 2020.
This will be the fifth year I have led groups through
this program, and each time I learn new ways of improving the experience. This year, we are moving to a new platform called Teachable. We will not be using Facebook or YouTube to house our content and communication. Instead, Teachable will help even out the experience for people who are not using Facebook to participate in the daily check-ins and conversations we will have.
I am offering two sessions this year, as many of us have not been quite as active as we were before the Shelter In Place began and might feel like we need an extra push to get back into a daily movement routine. (I actually thought of doing three session, but thought that might be overkill, hahaha.)
As always, we will start out slow and build upon a foundation with lots of opportunities for modifications along the way.
You will get:
A daily core exercise for you to practice at your leisure
Daily live-stream to practice together to help keep you accountable and connected
Conversation with all Summer of Core participants to build community and accountability.
Three 30-minute group classes focusing on core and stable movement.
Content you will have access to always so you can keep practicing on your own after the program ends
I'm so excited to begin Summer of Core, and I hope you'll join me for a fun and challenging time! Please let me know if you have any questions.
